Registration for Limmud NY 2012 is now closed. Limmud NY 2012 begins on Friday, January 13, 2012 and runs through Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Hudson Valley Resort in Kerhonkson, NY.

Monday, January 16, 2012 Limmud NY will conclude at 2 PM on Monday afternoon. Return buses to NYC will leave following the last session slot. Registration fees are due at time of registration or in monthly installments leading up to the conference, and can be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or check. Registration fees are per person and include room, meals, snacks, programming, and conference materials for the entire weekend. Friday lunch is optional at an additional charge ($15). Monday lunch is also optional at an additional charge ($8). See below for details on applying for a scholarship and/or using a payment plan.

Families registering with one or two children in their room will receive two queen beds. Families registering with three or more children in their room will receive two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Additional cots are $30. Infants 2 and under stay in same room as parents. Registration includes daytime babysitting. Full-time Graduate and Undergraduate Students are required to volunteer 5 conference hours during the course of the conference.Participants registering with children will receive further information about babysitting for infants under 3, Camp Limmud NY for children from 3 years of age to 5th grade, and the Middle School track for children in 6th through 8th grade. You will be asked to complete the Camp Limmud NY Enrollment Form immediately following your registration.
Limmud NY Organized Transportation
Chartered bus service will be available from Manhattan's Upper West Side and will take approximately 1.5-2 hours, departing on Friday at 9am and noon. In addition, a bus is available from Brooklyn's Park Slope on Friday at 11am (which will make a stop in Manhattan, if it is not full). Buses return late Monday afternoon. Reserve your space on the registration form. Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost for round trip reservations: $45 per seat; children under 2 are free if they don't need their own seat. All tickets are round trip, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can’t Make It For The Entire Weekend?
This year, for the first time, Limmud NY will offer a special two-day option. Come up on Sunday morning and stay through the end of the Conference. The price includes all programming and activities, meals, snacks and conference materials. Hotel accommodations are on your own (we will provide a list of nearby hotels so that you can book directly). For those who aren’t driving, bus transportation will be available from Manhattan’s Upper West Side at 8 AM on Sunday morning, returning on Monday afternoon with other conference participants. There are a limited number of spaces for this option, so early sign up is recommended.

Live in Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange, or Ulster County?
A special offer, just for you. You are invited to participate in Limmud NY on Sunday, January 15th for the day for just $125. This includes a full day of exciting programming, lunch, dinner, snack and all conference materials. There are a limited number of spaces available, so sign up soon. Is Cost an Issue?
There are no scholarships available at this time. Please note that all payments must be completed by Tuesday, January 10. Group Rates If you represent a community organization and would like to bring a delegation of 10 or more adults to the conference, please contact the office at 212-908-2525 to discuss your options. Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations will be subject to a $75 administration fee. In addition:
- Cancellations made before October 17, 2011 will receive a full refund (minus $75).
- Cancellations made before December 5, 2011 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made before January 4, 2012 will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made on or after January 4, 2012 CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
