Pricing

Registration fees are due at time of registration and can be paid by credit card or check.

You can also choose to pay in monthly installments by credit card leading up to the conference. All monthly payments must be completed before arrival at the conference.

Registration fees are per person and include room, meals, snacks, programming, and conference materials for the entire weekend. Friday lunch is optional and can be purchased at an additional cost ($17), Monday lunch is also optional at an additional cost ($10). The small increase on our prices from last year reflects the state of Connecticut’s 15% tax on hotel rooms.

The prices shown are valid through December 15, 2014 – prices will be rising on December 16.

Note: The hotel requires a $25 deposit per room key. This deposit will be added to your registration fee during the online registration process, and is refundable following the conference.

* Double rooms include two adults/students with two double beds.
** Triple rooms include three adults/students with two beds and a cot, unless roommates have elected to share beds.
***Quad rooms include four adults/students with two beds.
‡ Students must be full-time high school, undergraduate, or graduate students, and are required to spend at least 5 hours of the conference volunteering. Student rates expire on Monday, January 12 at noon.

Children and teens can only be added to a room in which the adult(s) is/are registered at a single or double occupancy rate. They do not count towards room occupancy rate. 

 

Financial Aid

Financial aid is awarded on a first-come first-served basis, so we strongly encourage you to apply early. The deadline for financial aid applications is December 1st, or when financial aid funds have been fully disbursed, whichever comes first.

Am I eligible?
Our goal is to make Limmud NY affordable for anyone who would like to participate. This includes singles, couples, families, full-time students, young professionals, retirees, educators, not-for-profit professionals, and anyone  else for whom cost may be an issue. Please note that financial aid is specifically applied to registration costs and does not include additional expenses such as Friday/Monday lunch. Financial aid is only available to those who are participating in the full conference.

How do I apply?
You can apply for financial aid on the registration form. A $125 deposit is required to save your spot and to review your financial aid request, and it will be automatically added to your registration. If you decline the offer, your $125 deposit will be fully refunded. For more information, contact the Limmud NY office at 212-908-2539 or info@limmudny.org.

Participants offered financial aid have two weeks to accept or decline the offer.  If the Limmud NY office does not hear from the participant within two weeks, the offer will be considered to have been declined, and the financial aid will be disbursed to another applicant.

Group Rates

If you represent a community organization and would like to bring a delegation of 10 or more students or adults to the conference, please contact the office at 212-908-2539 or info@limmudny.org for information on a special rate.

Family Discounts

Special family discounts are available for a limited time. Read below to find the right code for you and register today while they are still available!

Please select the appropriate code from the list below and enter it into the “Discount Code” section of the registration form.
Discount codes are only available to those attending the full conference and staying in the hotel. These codes cannot be used in combination with financial aid or any other promotions/discounts.

NOTE: When deciding which code is appropriate for your family, you should only count children or teens aged 3-17. Infants aged 0-2 come to the conference for free, and as such are not counted to determine this discount.

Payment Plans

Limmud NY is happy to offer a monthly payment plan option for interested participants. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please call the office at 212-908-2539 after you have completed the registration process, and we’ll be happy to set it up for you.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be subject to a $75 administration fee. In addition:

  • Cancellations made before November 14, 2014 will receive a full refund (minus $75).
  • Cancellations made from November 15, 2014 -December 28, 2014 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made from December 29, 2014 – January 28, 2015 will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made after January 29, 2015 cannot be refunded.

Cancellations can ONLY be made by sending an email to info@limmudny.org or calling 212-908-2539. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
